Celebrating two decades of fashion and purpose, fashion designer FRANCIS LIBIRAN showcased his 2020 collection alongside some of the biggest names in the music scene including KZ TANDINGAN, ERIK SANTOS, INIGO PASCUAL, and RACHELLE ANN GO, during the most glamorous night this holiday season. In yet another milestone, Libiran brought together the worlds of performing arts and fashion in the “Dare to Dream” event last night at the grand ballroom of City of Dreams in Pasay City.
