SALES EXECUTIVE

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in selling high-end fashion, bridal wear, couture, or RTW.
  • Understanding of different fabrics, cuts, and styles related to bridal, suits, couture, and RTW.
  • Strong ability to close deals, upsell, and negotiate pricing with clients.

  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring a luxury experience.

  • Ability to showcase and sell collections effectively to clients.

  • Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets in the fashion industry.

  • Willingness to attend fittings, fashion shows, and client appointments even outside regular hours.

  • Ability to coordinate with designers, production teams, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.

STORE MANAGER

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in managing a bridal boutique or luxury fashion store.

  • Strong ability to assist brides in selecting gowns while providing a premium shopping experience.

  • Ability to train, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet targets.

  • Understanding of wedding gown styles, fabrics, embellishments, and current bridal trends.

  • Experience in inventory control, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

  • Ability to guide clients in choosing the perfect gown based on their preferences, body type, and wedding theme.

  • Experience in organizing bridal trunk shows, fashion events, and social media promotions.

  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and attend bridal fashion events as needed.

ACCOUNTANTS

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail, fashion, or boutique settings

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred

  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting

  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory reconciliation, and retail sales tracking

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with management, vendors, and suppliers
